This policy applies to the Valiseo mobile app for Android and iOS. Your trips, suitcases, packing items, estimated weights and language preference are stored on your device. We do not send this content to our servers. No account is required. You can delete trips in the app or remove local data by uninstalling, subject to operating-system backup settings.
The app uses Google AdMob advertisements and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). Google and its advertising partners may process IP addresses (including approximate location), device and advertising identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostics to deliver ads, prevent fraud and measure advertising. Where you consent, some partners may also use precise geolocation data, and personalized advertising may link this information with data from other apps or websites. We do not sell your packing data or share it directly with data brokers.
Ads are requested only when UMP permits advertising. Where required, its message lets you accept, reject or manage advertising purposes and partners. When applicable, these choices can be revisited under "Privacy options" in the app settings. On iOS, tracking and access to the advertising identifier (IDFA) require Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission, which you can manage in iOS Settings. On Android, you can manage or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. The packing features work regardless of your advertising choices.
The app may download its display font from Google Fonts, which exposes your IP address and basic technical information to Google. Privacy policy links open your external browser, whose settings control website storage.
Local data stays until you delete it. Google and its partners control their advertising-data retention, security and processing, including international processing. Advertising requiring consent is based on that consent; local processing provides the service you request.
Contact us to exercise applicable access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability rights regarding data we hold, or to ask privacy questions. You may complain to your local data protection authority. Valiseo is for a general audience and is not specifically directed at children. We may update this policy when practices change.
